The online retailer Babymarkt has integrated the IT platform for holistic return management from Trusted Returns, once again improving the customer experience.

babymarkt.de GmbH announces the implementation of the IT platform for holistic return management from Trusted Returns. The market leader in baby and toddler equipment is thus taking the next step towards becoming an online provider focused on optimal customer experience.

With a Europe-wide parcel volume of more than 2.6 million packages, babymarkt.de GmbH has risen to the top of the industry over the past three years. The online retailer recorded annual sales of approximately €220 million in 2021. “To differentiate ourselves from our competitors, we place increased value on advice and service,” explains Lisa Gedig, Team Leader in Project Management at babymarkt.de. “Thanks to the self-service platform from Trusted Returns, we can assist our customers even more efficiently, thereby not only improving the customer experience but also increasing customer loyalty.”

The platform from Trusted Returns GmbH enables online retailers like Babymarkt not only to manage returns more effectively. The integrated self-service portal creates new contact points with the customer. “As a result, alternatives can be offered in advance in the event of a return request, so that often there is no need for a physical movement of goods in the form of a return,” describes Sebastian Borak, Head of Logistics at babymarkt.de, highlighting an important aspect.
